Vice President of Federal Affairs

Bringing scientific rigor and policy expertise to complex federal advocacy, funding, and regulatory challenges.

About Gabe

Gabe brings a distinctive perspective to federal affairs, shaped by experience at the intersection of science, public policy & management, and government advocacy.

As Vice President of Federal Affairs, Gabe develops and executes strategies for clients navigating Congress, federal departments and agencies, appropriations, regulation, and public funding. He works with organizations ranging from multinational corporations and manufacturers to local governments, nonprofits, and small businesses, helping them understand the federal landscape, engage the right decision-makers, and position their priorities effectively.

Before joining LNE Group, Gabe worked as a biologist in a commercial toxicology laboratory, evaluating life science products in support of FDA trials. Paired with his bachelor's degree focus on biological and chemical sciences, Gabe's scientific training continues to inform his approach today, particularly when client issues involve complex technologies, technical regulation, or highly specialized subject matter.

Gabe's work spans congressional appropriations, executive branch advocacy, regulatory strategy, federal grants, trade and tariff issues, defense funding, infrastructure, healthcare, conservation, and economic development. He is often most effective when a client's challenge requires both detailed technical understanding and a practical knowledge of how federal institutions make decisions.

His approach combines policy analysis, strategic communications, and relationship-building with a strong understanding of the federal budget and appropriations process. Whether the objective is securing funding, addressing a regulatory issue, advancing legislation, or positioning a client within a broader federal initiative, Gabe helps build a strategy that connects the substance of the issue with the process required to move it forward.

Gabe earned his B.A., cum laude, from Ohio Wesleyan University and his Master of Public Administration from Cleveland State University, where he specialized in policy analysis, public finance, and management and received the program's top academic honor. He also completed graduate coursework in molecular biology and genetics at The Ohio State University. Outside the office, Gabe enjoys traveling, playing tennis, staying active in his community, and working toward his self-appointed goal of becoming the favorite uncle to his nieces and nephew.
